I made this very special blanket this week for Reubens Retreat a very special place for children. Reuben took on holiday in Devon and was found to have a brain tumour, he died a matter of days later, To help then get through the day his parents decided to fundraise and build the retreat in his memory.. My little donation is the blanket, the first of several I hope. http://www.reubensretreat.org/
May Blues
Bethany went for a wander with Grandad the other day and they had a fabulous time. Dont know which of them was most tired lol. So much needs doing and Im struggling with my mobility. Thank goodness my frozen shoulder has finally defrosted or I really would be struggling. I invested in a cheap trail camera, and with Michaels help took 3000 photos of the living room ceiling. It was hilarious! Followed by 200 of the top of my head over the sewing machine after he went home. Above is an actual photo of the bird feeders but I hadnt got the hang of placement then. This wee one Lady Lily Bud is coming on in leaps and bounds. I havent seen her much as her and Mummy are enjoying baby groups and visiting friends after or year in the wilderness. I have a pile of things to finish on my work table so Must get on with it. I have set myself the challenge of finishing things so they can be packed up out of the way. Hoping the weather stays dry so I can get on with the garden.
